After leaving the field of clinical psychology, Dr. Walton spent the last 25 years coaching a diverse group of high-profile professionals, senior corporate executives, and business owners worldwide. Her focus centers on challenging leaders to build sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible organizations.
Global Leadership with ICF & NASA
Dr. Walton held key leadership roles with the International Coach Federation (serving as ICF President in 2004) and the ICF Foundation. She has taught coaching skills to students and managers internationally and led organizational development workshops for NASA for over thirteen years.
